How To Join

Membership to all Monmouthshire libraries is free of charge and open to all.  Membership entitles you to borrow books and other items and to use all the libraries' IT facilities.

To join in person, just go to your local library with identification - which must include your current address - and fill out the form. To find your local library, click on the In Your Library link.

If you would like to join online, please fill in the form.  You can pick up your card from your selected library (please allow at least 1 working day and check the libraries' opening hours).  Remember to take identification which must include your current address.
